CLIENT ONBOARDING

Everything you need to book your PRODUCTION.

How it works

01

Enquiry & brief

We review your brief, goals, deliverables, timeline and budget, then issue a proposal or budget tier with the agreed scope, delivery timeline, revisions allowance and output list.

02

Scope & check-off

Before production begins we agree the scope of work in writing, shoot dates, deliverables, edit rounds and key assumptions like locations, talent or client-supplied assets. This becomes the project check-off point.

03

Quick contract & booking

To lock the project in, you sign a short contract confirming scope, payment structure, timeline and termination policy. Your booking is only confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

04

Deposit payment

A 70% deposit is payable upfront before any work begins. No pre-production, scheduling, crew booking, creative development or shoot activity starts until the deposit has cleared.

05

Pre-production begins

With the signed agreement and deposit in place, we plan the shoot. Scheduling, creative development, logistics, crew booking and production prep. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

06

Production & post

We carry out the shoot and post-production in line with the agreed brief, timeline and deliverables, including the agreed number of amendment rounds. Extra changes may be billed at the relevant post rate.

07

Final balance

The remaining 20% is due within 28 days of project completion. Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

08

Late payment

If the final balance is not paid within 28 days of completion, an 8.5% statutory interest fee applies for every calendar week the invoice remains overdue, alongside our right to pause delivery.

09

Termination

You may terminate before the agreed check-off date without penalty. If you terminate after check-off, a fee equal to 50% of the total project payment becomes payable.

10

Last-Minute Bookings

Where a booking is confirmed within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled shoot date, the Client shall be required to pay a deposit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking fee prior to commencement of the shoot. This deposit shall be non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement by the Client.
